Payment Options
All payments must be received within 3 business days. If I have not received payment by that time, the order will be cancelled unless the buyer has contacted me. Please contact me with any payment inquiries.
At this time I only accept payment by Paypal, either by credit card or by echeck, or money order. Purchases paid for by credit card or money order will be shipped/started the next business day; echecks must clear before anything is done.
Shipping Options
All items send within the US are shipped out via USPS priority mail. International orders are sent out via USPS First Class mail. If you need it sooner, let me know and I’ll see how much it will be. I usually try to recycle boxes from work, because it’s much nicer than just throwing out a perfectly good box. If you get an odd box that looks like it could have come from a medical supply room, don’t be surprised.
If you do not specify a shipping address, I will use the confirmed Paypal address. If this is incorrect, please let me know before the item is shipped!
Refunds and Exchanges
I make every effort to make sure that your item meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it to discuss how I can help fix things for you.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs if not satisfied.
Returned items must be in unused/undamaged/saleable condition. I don’t see any way for a crocheted scarf or toy to break in the mail. I know how it left me, and if it’s coming back it needs to be in the same condition, otherwise there will be no refunds.
Extra, Extra!
Custom orders are welcome. If you’re looking for a specific type of crocheted item, please let me know what sort of thing you’re looking for and I’ll see if I can come up with a sketch of something. If you like it, we can work out payment and deadlines, etc.

All items come from a smoke-free home; however, I do have cats. The cat is not allowed on the yarn, and doesn’t particularly care for my other craft supplies.
